AJ Builders was founded by Ansar Malik, a lifelong builder whose passion began in his childhood in Pakistan and later became a career serving communities across North Carolina. After moving to the state, Mr. Malik entered the construction industry with a commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and code-compliant building. That commitment led to the creation of AJ Builders in 1993 and a reputation built on integrity, skill, and meeting demanding construction deadlines.
For more than 30 years, he has earned a reputation as the contractor people call when the job is difficult—structural failures, abandoned renovations, flooding mitigation, asbestos remediation, fire-damaged homes, aging properties, and commercial spaces that require precision and problem-solving. AJ Builders has completed hundreds of residential and commercial projects throughout High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Trinity, and surrounding NC communities.
